Article 9 - Terms of delivery

Orders placed on " www.fragrancepur.com " are shipped directly from France.
The delivery time is between 2 and 4 days by Colissimo.

If you have not received your order within 1 week from the date of the shipping email, please contact our customer service department at " contact [at] fragrancepur.com".

Delivery is made by the local post office.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address, indicated at the time of the order.

Any change of address must be reported to the customer service by email (" contact [at] fragrancepur.com ") within 2 hours after the order. After this time, neither the post office nor Fragrance Pur can be held responsible for a non-delivery due to a wrong or incomplete delivery address. In this case, no refund or redelivery is possible.

In case of absence at the time of delivery, the parcel is deposited in your mailbox or a notice of passage is left and available the next day at the post office closest to your home during 15 days. The fact that the buyer is absent during the first delivery will not be considered as delay.
In case of different cases of force majeure recognized by the French jurisprudence, the delivery times can be extended.

If however, the package arrives damaged, incomplete, a defect is to be reported, or its non-receipt within the time indicated, "Fragrance Pur" invites you to report this problem by email "contact [at] fragrancepur.com" within 14 days. An investigation will be conducted by " Fragrance Pur " with the carrier and may take several days.

During this period, no refunds or returns can be made. Once the results are known, if the fault is related to the carrier or the manufacturer, the order will be replaced or refunded.

In all cases, the shipping costs paid by the customer cannot be reimbursed by "FRAGRANCE PUR".

Upon receipt of your order, we strongly recommend that the buyer check the conformity of the products delivered.
